Applicability

This policy applies to all services offered by DisyTax, including:

  • Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing
  • GST Registration & GST Return Filing
  • Company / Firm Registration Services
  • Other Tax, Legal, and Compliance Services

Service Initiation & Cancellations

Once a service is purchased and work has been initiated, cancellation is not permitted. If a cancellation request is received before the service initiation, it may be considered and approved at our discretion.

Approved cancellations (before service initiation) may be eligible for a refund, subject to deduction of applicable processing and administrative charges.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment for the same service
  • Payment deducted but service not initiated due to technical issues
  • Service not delivered due to an error from DisyTax

Refund requests must be raised within 30 days of the transaction along with valid payment details and the reason for the request.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Service already completed or substantially delivered
  • Refund request made after 30 days
  • Change of mind after service initiation
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
